Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information

 

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes.  When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by unsubscribing, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

 

Access, Correction, Deletion

 

We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Information that you may have provided through your use of the Site. At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database.

Please note, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

 

You may decline to share certain Personal Information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Site.

At any time, you may object to the processing of your Personal Information, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Not Intended for Children

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information from or about children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
